The 2019 Meursault Genevrieres-Dessus ler Cru will only be bottled in magnum. This has more complexity on the nose compared to the Meursault Genevrieres, displaying heightened mineralite, and revealing touches of white peach and nectarine with time. The palate is very well balanced with more noticeable oak, partly because this was aged in a single one-year-old barrel. Hopefully that oak will be integrated after racking.
